It's hard to tell what this is but you might be able to cut a certain height upwards, take out the old damaged piece and mucilage in a new slice. Fill the seam with Durham's putty, sand and repaint. Try a waterproof primer to prevent further accidents.
Hi Sandy: Is it possible to cut off the peed on part and but have a shorter item? If your dog smells the pee, he'll simply pee on information technology again.
